During the construction drawing stage, we analyze your soil and determine what amendments and fertilizers are needed and specify exactly where each plant is located and in what quantity. We provide additional cutsheets for special design areas to the client and to the landscape installer. We will also detail special design areas such as fountains, perennial beds, and seating areas. |

| We developed an unusual, inwardly-focused front yard using low-allergy plants. During the fourth step, we defined the side yard planting, chose flagstones and a boulder for seating, and chose perennial plants. |

| The site was originally a sand volleyball court adjoining a parking lot. A curved seatwall blocks parking lot view and noise and provides seating. Fragrant shrubs help provide a pleasant atmosphere. Circular unit pavers provide visual interest. Architect: Wayne Renshaw. Contractor: Devcon Construction.
